Baseball update

Destin, FL
We had a great time in Destin, Florida. It reminded me of being a kid and taking trips to North Wales, minus the 12 hour car ride! It wasn't bad we left at 3 am so the kids and I slept for at least half the journey, not sure how Brian stayed awake!
We stayed right on the beach, the views were amazing and the weather was perfect, a very fun and relaxing vacation.

Dylan's First Baseball game
I'm not a huge fan of baseball, there have been several Cardinal games that have been very exciting but overall baseball's a slow moving game. However Kid pitch 3rd/4th grade baseball makes Major League Baseball look like a blues hockey game. The team's tried hard, Dylan pitched for several innings, struck out several kids and overall he did great, but not many balls were hit and overall there just wasn't much action.
What I realize is there is allot more rules and strategy in baseball... And next game I should take a fan and more snacks it gets hot and I get hungry!
1st Post!
I've been wanting to start a blog for a while now, I really enjoy reading Sarah's blog (sister-in-law) so thanks for inspiring me.
Since my family doesn't live close by and time doesn't allow us to stay in touch nearly as much as I'd like, I thought this would be a nice way to share OUR families happening's. I also love the idea of capturing life's moments for myself, seems like time flies by all too fast, so I hope to enjoy this blog and use it as some what of a memory book.
So hear it is, below are a couple of pictures from the day we found out what our little peanut will be.
It's a girl!!

Dylan wasn't particularly thrilled but he's coming around to the idea of being out numbered.
